This stack is currently handling 100k requests per second and manages more than 100 TB of data.

Job description

Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer who will have to meet the technical challenge and product expertise on our current solutions.

You will be part of the Onbaording and Support team, and help ourr cusomers to get the most of our solution. You will be an expert in this solution and understand in depth :

  • How the product works
  • Its implementation lifecycle
  • The bot detection process
  • The dashboards functionalities

Day to day tasks:
As a Support Engineer, you'll receive requests from customers and from internal teams such as Customer Success Managers. The main types of requests are questions on the products, product setup and ultimately about the bot traffic.
Your goal is to answer them precisely so that we limit the number of back-and-forth discussions and get customers satisfied as soon as possible.

You will therefore have to :

  • Answer customers' technical questions, solve technical customer-specific issues and inform our customers or the internal team about your investigations
  • Proactively monitor the customer application traffic and raise any potential issue to the tech team
  • Escalate bugs to Engineering and keep customers informed of resolution
  • Monitor and handle any unusual situations

Profil recherché

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a customer driven person, who is excited to work and solve technical challenges in an ambitious environment.

  • You have a technical background, you like being immersed in a technical environment , you're not a full-day developer but You have some query language knowledge
  • You are a fast-learner, curious and autonomous
  • You have a good understanding of website hosting, mobile application and how internet works
  • You have full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and French and like to explain technical topics over the phone when needed
  • You are a team player and like to interact with other teams in the company
  • You have an experience in managing webservers like Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS
  • Previous experience in B2B/SAAS solution
