Who we are
Launched in 2014, Keymetrics is a french startup based in Paris developing a monitoring software. More than 800 developers team around the world monitor, identify and repair errors and optimise their web applications thanks to our software.
We also develop and maintain PM2 , an open source solution that has been downloaded +40M times , currently used by multinationals all over the world (Apple, Paypal, Tesla, Siemens, etc…).
The team is composed of fifteen people, most under 30. We all love technology, open source culture and growing ! Our office is like a little spaceship, we like to organise events and work on R&D side projects.

The Job ?
As a Sales Engineer at Keymetrics, you will play a critical role prospecting and expanding business opportunities in France, and possibly at the international level. Depending on your dispositions, you will …
- Jump from one tech conference to another to evangelize CAC40 technical departments to our solution - Use your network and tactful speaking abilities to find the best interlocutors - Examine in details the users of our software to find the best prospects - show the value of our product by making product demonstrations - Build long-lasting relationships with Keymetrics dream Enterprise clients
- Navigate through complex sales cycle
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals - contribute to building out our strategic accounts sales team and strategy
And the most important, you will close deals!

The profile ?
We are looking for inspired individuals with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our growing sales organisation. We need people who can use their unique personality and skills to expand our pipeline with high profile customers. Whether you have a smooth or aggressive approach, you get results at the end.
- Software development culture, tech-savvy
- Autonomous but can take directions - Fluent in french and english - Good use of a commercial CRM is a plus - Experience in B2B software sales is a plus

Why it is interesting
We will open an office in San Francisco and develop our Sales team broadly in the coming year. Joining us in the early days of the Sales team is a strategic move as you'll get naturally better responsibilities if you demonstrate good skills.

We are a young and very dynamic start-up in the software technology worldwide and we have the ambition to develop the best monitoring solution for production Node.js applications.

The technical roadmap is infinite and many great things are still to be built. PM2 open source software helps companies like Tesla or Apple to keep their servers alive and generates an immense traction on our monitoring solution. We have already a good market share of the Node.js growing market although our competitors competitors count hundreds of engineers.

We love and encourage creativity and this is visible in the futuristic cyber design of our office and the technological meetups we shelter about topics like Shenzhen cheatsheet, drones hacking or cryogenisation. We are not just tinkers, one of our R&D hardware side projects is now in the pipeline to be delivered to hundreds of customers in the current of next year. We have already seduced famous VCs that see in Keymetrics a real potential.
